Towards the digital transformation of your company

At BTX, we are in the process of joining the Digital Kit Program to become a digitizing agent for small and medium-sized companies . This program, which is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, is a subsidy from the NEXT GENERATION EU European funds, which has 3,000 million euros for the digital transformation of SMEs and the self-employed .

Grants available

The Digital Kit Program has three different financial provisions, depending on the number of employees your company has. In addition, the digital voucher offers the possibility of managing the subsidy with one or more digital solutions .

    Segment I. 10-49 employeesUp to €12,000 subsidy
    Segment II. 3-9 employeesUp to €6,000 subsidy
    Segment III. 1-2 employeesUp to €2,000 subsidy

  • Website and internet presenceUp to €2,000 subsidy

    ● Domain: register a new domain for your website for a minimum period of twelve months. Ownership of the domain will be yours completely.● Hosting: you will also have the hosting of your website at your disposal for a minimum period of twelve months. ● Website design: structure of the website, with a minimum of 3 pages or sections (landing page, contact form, product description, contact information, site map, etc.).● Responsive website: your website will adapt perfectly to any type of device. ● Accessibility: Your website design will meet the level AA conformance criteria of the WCAG-2.1 Guidelines. ● Basic positioning on the internet: your SME's information will be indexable by the main search engines (On-Page).● Self-manageable: you will have a content management platform so you can modify the contents of your website without needing help.● Optimization of presence in search engines (basic SEO): keyword analysis, On-Page SEO of 2 pages or sections, indexing and ranking of content.

  • e-commerceUp to €2,000 subsidy

    ● Creation of the online or E-Commerce store and registration of the product catalog: you will have at your disposal a catalog in your online store, in which your products will be available, through registration, import or upload. The solution includes uploading at least 100 references of your products, unless you do not have this number, in which case it may be less.● Payment methods: configuration and integration of payment methods in your online store.● Responsive Design: your E-Commerce can be used on all types of devices. ● Accessibility: Your online store design will meet the level AA conformance criteria of the WCAG-2.1 Guidelines. Basic positioning on the internet: your online store will be indexable by the main search engines (On-Page).● Self-manageable: you will have a content management platform so you can modify the contents of your website without needing help.● Shipping methods: you will have configured and integrated the digital and physical shipping methods for the products in your online store. Solution aimed at: Segment I. 10-49 employeesPrice: from €15,000

    ● Social Media Plan: you will have a social media strategy aligned with your mission and vision, so that it is relevant and connects with your potential clients and builds loyalty among those users who already are.● Monitoring of social networks: you will have the impacts of actions on social networks periodically monitored and controlled to see your results and know if you are meeting the objectives of your strategy.● Network optimization / Social Media Audit : it will help you optimize performance, analyzing different channels.● Publication of weekly posts: publication of a minimum of 4-8 entries (posts) monthly on your social networks. ● Solution aimed at: Segment I. 10-49 employees● Price: from €2,000

  • Customer ManagementUp to €4,000 subsidy

    ● Digitization and/or automation of processes and workflows : you will have digitized and/or automated processes such as  ● Accounting/finance: accounts receivable and payable, asset management and generation of closings and balance sheets, etc.  ● Billing : automation of billing processes with the generation of quotes, delivery notes and invoices. ● Projects : control of budgets, costs, estimates, optimization of resources, etc.  ● Inventory : forecast, stock levels, shipments, distributions, returns and cancellations, etc. ● Purchasing and payments : management of purchase orders and suppliers.  ● Human resources : human resources management, payroll, etc.  ● Logistics : fleet and route management, among others.  ● Integration with various platforms : the solution will have APIs or Web Services for integration with other tools.  ● Updatable : you will access updates to the solution with new versions.  ● Scalable : If your company grows or changes structurally, the solution will adapt to these changes.  ● Compliance : you will be able to ensure compliance with the applicable regulations, specifically the Regulation that regulates the billing obligations of Royal Decree 1619/2012, as well as any applicable regulations.

  • Advanced Internet PresenceUp to €2,000 subsidy

    ● Basic positioning on the Internet: the solution must position the basic business information, contact and profile of your company on the main sites, business networks or directories of companies and professionals.● Keyword Analysis: Keyword management, research, and analysis to develop useful strategies for search engines to rank content and help users find relevant results for their queries.● Competitor analysis: the solution includes a monthly competitor analysis to inform you of your situation compared to other competitors.● On-Page SEO: the solution must offer a minimum service of two On-Page SEO pages or sections, optimizing the structure and internal content to improve the natural position of your SME in search engines, as well as the indexing and ranking of the content.● Off-Page SEO: the solution must provide this service, which will entail the execution of actions outside the website environment to improve your organic positioning.● Monthly monitoring reports: the solution includes a monthly report on the results of the actions carried out to generate awareness of their evolution and impact on the online presence of your business.
