You can think visually (e.g. picture the funnel diagram in your mind), analyze a page or site or copy or funnel for conversion bottlenecks, and empathize potential customers and understand WHY they are buying, opting-in, clicking—or the reasons why they aren’t at all. Your communication style is super clear. You are *obsessed* with The Little Details—because you know it all matters when the goal is to achieve a specific outcome. You have something to prove: that you can help clients Win / have a Winning Experience.
You and The Work: As an Account Strategist, you enjoy the work of helping AutoGrow.co’s clients—not just to achieve their marketing goals, or giving expert feedback, or meeting with them on occasional 1-to-1 Zoom calls—but also educating them on what they can (or should!) delegate via their AutoGrow dashboard / live chat to us: what will save them time or money on their business? You like thinking creatively to analyze and understand their business, and making recommendations (project ideas) based on this information. You enjoy the idea of going through their analytics (if it’s a marketing funnel / campaign) and seeing where you might be able to give insight on what’s working or where they could improve.
Your Experience / Knowledge: You have 1+ years experience as a Digital Marketing Expert / Strategist. You are very “tech-comfortable” and have worked with a variety of tools, ad platforms, and more. You are never “confused”. You possess a service-oriented, problem-solver mindset. Finally: you’ve actually helped others in the past achieve Real results (it’s not enough to know ‘The Theory’).

Must be available to work during normal business hours i.e. between 9am and 5pm EST (New York Time), Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
Performance check-ups - review the status of the assigned client accounts, diagnose non-conversion of account(s) and provide solutions, and check the progress of accounts towards their launch dates
Live Chat (& some emails) with clients to answer strategy questions and assist Project Manager in communicating progress
Complete Pre-launch walk-thrus with the aim to detect and delegate FIXES to funnel mistakes before they happen (e.g. a conversion bottleneck appearing after launch).
Onboarding Calls & Strategy Calls with clients. This also includes preparation of walkthrough diagram (journey of client / customer)
Collaborate with the Project Manager when needs arise (e.g. updating a client's funnel diagram, clarifying something)
Attend team sync-ups (via the Brand Toolbox’s Project Management Tool) daily at 9am EST and communicate with team members to accomplish marketing plan goals
Learn from and and maintain your checklists and documentation that will help you maximize results while saving time and avoiding mistakes
